Hello folks, I have been using this FREE Yin Qigong sequence to unwind at the end of the day. The first breathing exercise is well known but if you watch it until the end you will have several techniques to stop mental chatter, bring on parasympathetic dominance and be able to drift off to sleep easily. The techniques only take 10 minutes and wow do they work. If you can't shut down your thinking or are unable to relax or stop stress then you may wish to try this if you feel so guided to do so:

hey @MDT @TAB . im doing well surprisingly after overthinking about my illness (schizophrenia) for a long time, which is an umbrella term - for social purposes im going to say i have disorgised thinking - then proceed explaining it is an umbrella term for schizophrenia, which just makes me feel better about myself at the end of the day. Plus got 2 interviews lined up for this week, and furthermore having a apifany about calling the place ive been avoidings managers and see if they can help me out with my situation.
