I've taken this coming week off from my other role and I will be able to know why I do it that way
Working full time in a job I know I can do intellectually, but one that I don't necessarily love is not ideal. Will wait and see.

No good @MDT I dont think its great working in a job you don't like either.  You will know one way or the other if its right for you.  I'm sorry you are depressed.  Its hard when it gets that way.  You force yourself to at the top of your game yet you feel no comfort coming from anything or anyone with depression. Depression is such an ugly beast. Anyway I stand with you in solidarity!

I feel a bit better. Have put dinner in oven. Can speak with family about how things are maybe.

I have been doing some deep dives into my inner most being. Understanding myself more. Where my motivations and thought patterns come from.

@MDT thats good you are feeling better.  It can be hard, but sometimes we are able to enjoy less intense periods of depression which is always welcome.  I've been a bit slack with hair treatments and have a whole bottle of coconut oil near its useby date. So will use it up for deep conditioning hair treatments.  I think my hair will look better. I am geting old and belong to The Grey Army now but don't have as nearly enough vanity lol!
