@WandererIt is wonderful to see you again and I am flattered for the shout out. Congrats on the weight loss and your book! yes meds have contributed me to gain weight what can one do? I had to go in recently for a cardioversion because I have heart failure. I was knocked out during the precedure. Am feeling alot better. Love to you my friend. peaxxx

As for me, I received some great news late last night with the positive news that my housemate and I were accepted for the property we inspected on Wednesday so no more rental property stress with property managers thank goodness! We're even allowed to have our cat so no more hiding her any more! This also means that our current property manager has nothing to do with the owner so the property manager can't say bad things about us to him (the owner). What's even worse for the current owners of our current property is we plan to leave right before Christmas and we happen to know there is a mortgage on the property so this may effect them financially which isn't our problem any longer, especially after the way the property manager has treated us all throughout this lease. I guess it's what you call karma if you're into that sort of thing.
