Re: Good Morning!
"And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy."

Re: Good Morning!
Hey @MDT
I had that quote on my bedroom wall.
Gentle Hugs for your recent loss.
@BlueBells @BPDSurvivor @pinklollipop15
Premature pressure to move on from grief can be very destructive.
Yes in the fullness of time it may be good to "move on", but that fullness involves a lot of processing and growing new contacts or meanings that can bear the truth of the loss and still be there. Too much ease in moving on can mean that the loss is simply not deep or significant. Grief is a TRULY psychosocial experience, as it involves "other" and as such needs social recognition.
The sun rises on a new day with its new challenges.
Here is a bbc vid on photography
https://www.bbc.com/reel/video/p09vhqkw/photographer-s-images-like-ghosts-coming-out-the-mist-
He finishes on the "forever" word which is a word that I feel is over used, but it is still beautiful and interesting.

Re: Good Morning!
@TAB I was happy to hold my little Abbey while she took her last breath. But Vets should not assume that everyone wants to do this or that everybody can. We always have the right to ask the vet nurse to hold our pet, to hold our hand, whatever we need.
I'm sorry your experience was not comforting.
