I’ve also stopped following the media, as I’ve found that it’s too distressing to be constantly reminded about the ways in which Covid-19 is impacting so many people’s lives.
Studying is such an enormous commitment and I can really appreciate why you’re thinking about withdrawing from university
Discussing this further with your Psychologist sounds like a great idea and I hope that you’ll be able to make a decision that feels comfortable for you
