Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member  Everyone here has kept me going over the past year-and-a-half through a very difficult time. I don't know what I'd have done without them.  I'm pleased you're finding it helpful, too.  I think everyone does.  A great lot of people.

Re: Good Morning!

I know about difficult times mentally @Historylover  I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm hoping that's in the past, the difficult time. And good to see you here again!

Re: Good Morning!

 Better times ahead for us all, eh @Former-Member?  It's good to be back.  I came on this afternoon feeling really low and the reply posts have kept me busy since - and lifted my mood a bit too.

Re: Good Morning!

Is it Barbara Strozzi? Cant remember .. I like Early Music ... but not a string player ...

Not a Gainsborough ...

@Historylover

See.  I am not on top of it either ... but I do like to look at art ... which we can do on the net ... seems a good thing to do for me ...

Re: Good Morning!

What do you mean by early music @Appleblossom?

I have never heard of Barbara Strozzi!

Did you watch the show on the Archibalds with Rachel Griffiths on the ABC?   There was a work there on a refugee.  Don't recall his name or the artists - but it was amazing that such a work could be produced by an artist and not by a camera.  Oh - to have such talent!  Must be a wonderful way to while away the hours.

Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member  They sure do!!

Re: Good Morning!

Lots of love and best wishes to you too @Shaz51Heart

Re: Good Morning!

Early Music ... is Classical speak for medieval, renaisance and baroque ...

Could be Francesca Caccini

I am not an artist ... just find it calms me down looking at pictures .... also means I have read a lot of text and music notes ... so poor brain very tired ... lol
