It’s wet and miserable here in the Great South East...definitely bed and book weather so think I’ll bury myself in Wuthering Heights in the hope that my Heathcliff comes to whisk me away!!!

Hi@Eve7 - thanks for the callout. Yes, SEQ is wet & miserable out - perfect for good books and movies 👍 ane my garden 🌱 My son is still in lockdown there. He loves the rain & works from home, so not much changed for him. Lovely listening to the  rain through the night last night. Doona weather, PJ day here - Still the middle of winter I guess.  Hugzz 💙 to you, and everyone here 🤗

Having to double my 25 year old doona up over my lap. Its thin, was kids, and is now my couch doona. It has had plenty of washes in the bath!

Do you have heat beads - you warm them up in the microwave and are fabulous to keep your hands warm. I also use them on my neck/shoulder when I'm in pain.

I used to have them. @WIP 20 years ago.  Been without a microwave by choice for 10 years ... so my son would learn basics of food prep.  However he has succeeded in all that and yesterday set up his own microwave in my kitchen .... Hmmmm .... I am hoping he is in transition.... and launching soon to somewhere good .... maybe I kept the old wheat bags ....for my neck ... hhmmmm ...he does not like me to have heater on ... so have to work around him .... kids!
