Thanks for the gorgeous frog pics today @Shaz51. You know I love frogs! Been way too dry here for froggies. But when we had 3mms rain several days ago, I heard some big bull frogs croaking happily in the down pipes. So they must be hibernating somewhere just waiting for dampness.

Lovely Frogs @frog

An introduced fungus (that attacks frogs) plus urbanisation & filling of our wetlands - are the main reasons for frog species declining in Australia.

Some of our strangest & most unusual frogs have now gone extinct (gone forever) - eg the Gastric Brooding Frog.
