Hi everyone,

I just joined the forum.

I'm doing well. I have been under a lot of pressure personally (my flat recently flooded) and work is stressful, but I am focussing on what I can control and do that is productive and positive rather then spiral. I just came back in from sitting in my rocking chair on one of my balconies, enjoying looking at my collection of plants I refer to as my minions. Now I am working on an embroidery project. I find it relaxing and great for managing anxiety. Tonight I am catching up with my two older brothers for dinner and will watch replays of the A-League (soccer) when I get home. Getting a headstart on the weekend. What is everyone else up to?

i have a hard night, we got a fox around hunting the Geese and ducks and their alarms have rung out all night already. i also passed another kidneys stone in the later hours of the night, which was sore, and i have a head ache.

So my day is not going my way so far.

i'm awaiting my wife to write me her reply to my email. i have been awaiting for a long time, so i look forward to it as well as dread it. She told me before she was working on it and almost finished.

@Shaz51 No they are all free ranging the Geese too. We have a big dam all around the house they can escape into. It are the alarms they make when they notice the fox. 

Our dog Shadow will get it next time it dares to come close. She is an incredible hunter, and totally obedient to me, unlike Zeus and Zeta who would just go nuts and not come back if it gets away and things like that. i know i can trust Shadow to finish it off. She is very quick and deadly when she  is allowed to be.

Hi @Shaz51 Just made my second coffee for the day. Been a busy morning so just relaxing on the couch for a bit.

Shaz loves plants too, you will have a lot to talk about!

Sitting on your balcony sounds peaceful, especially if it's a nice day.

I love embroidery too. What type of project are you working on?

just had my 3rd cuppa for the day so far 

very wet here, looks like we might be just having a rain depression or a cat 1 cyclone which will just cause a bit of flooding
