Re: Far and Away
Might need the other half after all. 😂
So tired and sore after shopping for a couple of hours. At least I bought myself some new tops.
Are you ok today?

Re: Far and Away
I've been trying to keep busy - as much as I can do @Former-Member Thanks for asking
@Faith-and-Hope recommended something for my very, very sore tooth and gums and it has worked so well I want to use it everywhere hahaha - if only it could fix my throat and voice also.
This is the time of day that I start going 'downhill' the most before my big 'crashes' later on when I am tired, anxious and scared. Hopefully all the party planning will keep me occupied - and I have taken on the role of keeping @Faith-and-Hope going with her daily goals list (whether she likes it or not lol) - so plenty to distract me so far.
Now go and eat the other half of the sandwich lol and come back and tell me what you brought today - details please

Re: Far and Away
I have buffed the first round of glasses, and have found another set to move to the same cupboard, so that has doubled the job, but I think I am up to adding on that next baby step today.
I am also going to get a handy man in to put some hooks on the walls and start hanging up bits and pieces that I have had in mind for a while .... I can't say "until I got around to it" cos I just stopped trying to do anything with the house a few years ago .... so it's more like "when I have r covered enough to take it in again" ..... and I am .....
Love hearing from you @Former-Member .... 😊 .... but I have one question ..... are they packet chips or hot oven chips in that there sandwich ??

Re: Far and Away
@Zoe7 that's no good.
I start to get even more tired than tired around 4pm.
Oh, party planning. Few birthdays coming up I see. 😀
Mine was in April. 😀
I bought 4 new tops from Cotton On for a total of $18, yes, $18.
One white and one black pretty cotton top.
A t shirt and a denim pretty top.
$5 for 3 and the tshirt was $3.
I love bargains.
Usually I only find things for my daughter.
Cheers me up, having new clothes to wear.
Had a few more chips, lol.
It's a bummer when feeling so run down
Hoping you feel better soon.
I remember reading that you are a teacher and became ill etc.
I became very ill from working in child care.
Never quite recovered.
Now I know that I had complex ptsd, didn't know what was wrong with me.
Looks like I won't be cooking again tonight. 😮

Re: Far and Away
I'm sorry @Faith-and-Hope - I have been fluttering around all over the place this afternoon - but I will always come home when called lol
I presume you cannot put the hooks up yourself otherwise there will be backlash from WH - or you don't know how? hahaha
I am waiting for 'our' next list - not too many things though - I have a feeling it is going to be a very busy night!
@Former-Member bugger - we missed your birthday - maybe we can slot an extra one in for you when these 4 are all over - how does that sound?
wow $18 - I spend more than that on Toby food lol
Yes it does really suck but I have pretty much resigned myself to not going back to work for quite some time yet. I don't miss the kids as much as I used to but I haven't been well enough to think too much about work either. On top of the MI issues I am still recovering from the effects of getting so sick last year - both the mental and physical 'illnesses' happening together certainly make it alot harder to cope with eveything.

Re: Far and Away
Totally understand re not being well Zoe.
I haven't been able to work for a very long time. Tried voluntary, but was triggered big time, big, long story 😂
Had my daughter when was "older". 😀
That took alot out of me.
Just trying to survive now.
Always looking for "wellness" though.
Would be nice to enjoy life, not just endure it. 😊
Good idea @Faith-and'Hope 😂
Chip sandwiches for the family for dinner.
I just had egg on half a sandwich and jam on other half. So healthy tonight 😂
Wholemeal bread 😊

Re: Far and Away
Oh @Former-Member if we start planning soon for your birthday next year it may become a world-wide event lol - completely anonymous of course
I have now been off work for nearly 10 months - but it certainly doesn't seem that long. When I first started seeing the psychoatrist she 'suggested' that she couldn't see work being a consideration for at least 6 months (and I remember thinking that it couldn't possibly be that long) - and that was 3 months ago - and I am no closer just yet to even thinking about work. Yep - just trying to survive each day at present
