Hi @Bunniekins  yes, I am back.

Have been snowed for a while and not had capacity to check in, but recently had a meltdown and quit my job so some more brain space to check in again.

@PeppyPatti . Last year I quit smoking cigarettes and swapped to vaping. My chronic cough stopped. But I still have COPD and only 65% lung capacity. This year I haven't made a dent in stopping or even cutting down on the Vapes. It's very hard.

Hi @utopia  I stopped smoking like 6 years ago now. coughing still comes and goes  sometimes. I did cold turkey then patches then get rid of patches after a few weeks

@Gibbs   i will do as you say and as i do these sayings i will imagine you doing the same in front of me.  I think i know what you look like at least in my imagination. Leos have fair thick hair often wavy.  intense eyes often light in colour like grey/blue.  strong bone structure with a beautiful smile and tall. is that right?

@Gibbs  the 90s you would have been so young!! horrible for you.  do you have sisters or brothers?  i have one sister but as you know we are adopted so there is no blood tie.  i will tell you a bit of what i look like,  tall,  overweight but i am working on it!, dark brown eyes, dark long brown hair past my waist (dont know what to do about it maybe you could give me some ideas) i have silvery streaks in it which i love.  pale skin no wrinkles i have good skin. 

My dad died in 2001 and a good thing too he was a drunk and could/would be cruel.  i dont like drunks i dont drink much if at all.  i love my mother💖
