@Gibbs definately will be online during Alive so should be good. 😄 x do you do weights and gym or mainly cardio?. i used to go to gym when i was manic and got so thin lol. now is a trigger for me unfortunately.

Hi @Gibbs , how's your day been? Mine's been fairly good, I did some euphonium practice, and then my trumpet was a little bit cold and the valves were stiff and slow to spring back up, but we can't always have dream practices. It just needs a good clean, which I'll do tonight...and I've just finished lunch and am resting.

@Bunniekins I do anything session called Strong and Stable. It includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and flexibility. Really a bit of everything. Try for three days a week but usually end up doing one or two. It also gets me moving and out of the house. Motivation is not my strong suit.

@StuF perth mainly although he is keen to see the quokkas! he likes hot weather so he should have a great time :). my daughter and i will enjoy the peace and quiet x

@Gibbs that sounds great! good on you being proactive. Gibbs may i ask if you havent told me before and it is none of my business but i'll ask anyway .....what diagnosis do you have? i have schizoaffective disorder and ptsd.
