sweetheart
It sounds like you're going through an incredibly tough time right now. It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and feel scared when panic attacks are happening.
Even though it you feel alone, we are all here for you.
Do you recall Lifelines number
Lifeline - 13 11 14 - Crisis Support.
Can you call your Doctor and see him/ her again ?
There is a place called Carers in Western Australia and they have group therapy once a week. Would you be interested in going to maybe once ? I think they provide free tea/🍵 coffee and snacks.
Nighty night sweet dreams ....

I don't think he was a fan of my desert -style front lawn w bare patches ..don't know that he said anything much , except that he survived a few really hot days , aircon was 'good' improvised bedding (self inflating mattress with a few layers between it and wooden floor) was 'comfortable' and combined w a/c he 'slept well'. He did ask if house was double brick at one stage. He like drives we went on, showed him big smoke not that far away etc. I mentioned potential of the big house block. I also lost count of how many unfinished projects I had around the house. Think he couldn't believe I didn't have a carport at least @PeppyPatti

@PeppyPatti here i am awake again having another full on panic attack. What the hell is wrong with me?
I've reached out and been pushed away by every crisis service tonight. It's fine i get it, i can't be helped, I'm a mistake, a burden, a failure, a lost cause!
This has completely broken me and I quit.
