Thanks for the kind words @TAB you know how to look after me. Today was. .. What a day. I don't know who I was this morning - in a meeting with lawyer, manager ... I ripped through them all. I might have said more than I've ever said in my life. It must be you guys rubbing off on me?!
I don't think anyone was surprised, except me - at one point I sensed they were getting pissed at me. Huh, fancy that.
Hot in Melb today, went to beach. It was actually awesome, so many little kids having fun, sunset, seagulls.
It got too much for me. My brain started to hurt. I felt faint. This happens often lately. It's disturbing. I understand, my mind is totally overloaded (+ sensory overload)
Days I am shocked at myself. Days I can't move out of bed.
I think my head is starting to come right now. T y meds🙂
