I wonder if the focus on suffering is what tipped things too badly for my brother and sister and they got stuck there. The whole point of christianity emerging from Judaism was the message of hope, pity many christians forget that. My son tried to watch a christian movie with me to be good and mature. It was so violent I had to call a stop to watching it. So we got through that point. This Easter Sunday and Monday should be good and relaxed. Pity cant share it with my grandson, as he is the right age for it.
@Faith-and-Hope Easter traditions probably big triggers too, even though calendars may be different. Hugs Bella. Not an easy time by half. Look to later in the year.
