Hi everyone, will so much happening atm i think nows a good time to try to find some positives in the day. i know how extremely challanging this might be on some days but even if its something as simple as reading a chapter of your favourite book, doing a study session, making a cup of tea and sitting outside, painting your nails, washing your car or whatever might come to mind. it really doesnt have to be big.
i would encourage everyone to just pop in here and write each day something/s good that has happened for you in the day!
