Yes @CheerBear  mandala madness. The colour scheme isn’t the best, and I need a bigger hook. But couldn’t wait til I go shopping again.😩😩 Lots If unpicking, but I’m liking it when I get it right ish. Can’t believe I’m actually doing this.💕💜💕 Thanks for the encouragement and idea.

Yayayayay!!!! I am so excited for you @Maggie!!! I found it so cool to make and often felt the feels of "I can't believe I'm doing this!". I started with nothing the first time except for what was in my little crochet bag that I grabbed when we had the quick rush through the house with the police before we left. No particular colours or thought going in to the colours as there wasn't much choice at the time. I love it anyway, for the journey it took me on and for what it gave me.

Go you Maggie! Super looking forward to seeing and hearing about it grow if you share ❤😊😁

Hi @Former-Member. So great to hear you've found it helpful to get your craft on 😁😊 Your butterfly looks great. My ears pricked up hearing you're a crochet person too! I'm a huge fan of holding a hook and some yarn when things get tough (and when things are good just because!). I hope you find some peace and calm in whatever you are creating ❤

@Gazza75 love seeing your diamond paintings when they pop up.

I've been working on a crochet dragon for a little while but the pattern I'm using is tricky as I don't think the person who wrote it is a pattern person but someone very clever who can make things without a pattern. It's meant it's gappy and a bit tricky to work out which is taking some joy out of it. I'm thinking of starting Sophie's Universe for the third time. I've had two false starts so far but it's a pattern I've wanted to do for ages. Another @Maggie inspired something maybe 🤔. I feel a bit lost without a pick up/put down project 😏

@Gazza75 - Thank you for tagging me in this! I have just looked up what diamond painting is and it looks amazing. It is amazing the talent that is out there. You will have to share some of your work with us. I will tell my friend Amber about diamond painting as she is an artist on the side so it is a great topic for me to introduce.

I have shared a few of the ones I have done.  You can try backtracking a little.  There's a few of us that diamond paint.  I am pretty new at it.  Still a few days from completing this bugga.  Nice to hear from you  ❤️❤️🌼🌼☕

I will backtrack and have a look, thank you! I wish I was a little more artistic the only thing I do is a colouring book, unfortunately I did not get my papa's artistic side but I love art. The colouring though I find helps ease my mind. Apologies, I have not been on lately. I have been run down and had a few days off work. Trying to work out my next steps with life. It is BPD awareness week soon  I hope you are well.

@FigBell0917, I am not very artistic either. I can make pine needle baskets and that's about it. I enjoy a bit of colouring in to. I did quite a bit last year when I was struggling.  A few people do that here to.

Hope you are feeling better now. Is your boyfriend back from overseas?

Good luck working through your next steps, it can be very challenging at times.

I am doing pretty well  kind of a passenger here lately.  Sometimes I don't feel like I help people much and a little sad people just disappear. That's the way it is though.

Also hard to see my brother, shambling like an old. Man and a shadow of who he was. He's come a long long way, but, it's tough to see him now.  ❤️❤️🌼🌼🌺😊
