Well there are 3 other people on here keen to make banana bread so they should just go for it. The winner of cook along month 1 chooses the next recipe for next month

@tyme I think you are allowed to be the taste tester!!
@Birdofparadise8 your recipe sounds yummy. Will have to give it a go.
@Oaktree such a good thread. Looking forward to cooking more and seeing everyone's baking!!

Yeah, it really is.
However, the chocolate chips sunk to the bottom, so the next time I make it, I'm going to coat them in flour to see if that helps. My mum's friend would do that for blueberries. @Snowie

@Birdofparadise8 I've never made Banana Bread with choc chips. Will just have to make two, one from my recipe and one of your's.
At least the house will smell good!!

You will need to bake another loaf of banana bread so you can put your photo up, unless you took one of the one you already made. Looks like I need to go buy bananas

That’s ok @Birdofparadise8
There is no pressure to make any of the recipes. Four of us did make the lemon crinkle cookies so that was a pretty good turn out for the first recipe. I just went to the shops and bought 4 bananas. Just need them to get overripe. I am making the banana bread recipe from the CWA cookbook as hubby doesn’t want chocolate chips in his banana cake.
