Eating is a good thing @TAB I need to force myself to get dinner tonight - really don't feel like it much at all. Hope you get some things done today - I often forget you are 3 hours behind us in the east - plenty of time to get things orgnaised for yourself if you can summon up the energy.

Mashed potatoes and peas is not much to have @TAB - maybe treat yourself to something nice for dinner.

I don't have much food in the house either but mainly because I haven't been shopping for a while - just pick up things for a few days and then have to go out again @TAB - it used to be that I couldn't plan for meals so didn't have a shopping list - now I get things when I need them. Will probably do a small shop on Sunday - mostly vegetables - I eat a lot of those and salads.

@Hope4me
Thanks for tagging me, although I am a bit late to the party!
First off, merry Christmas to all the lovely people here!
As always, I am going to be by myself this Christmas, as I have been over the past few years. As an immigrant in Australia, I have no family or friends here. I do have a cousin and some acquaintances, but they all have families and events planned for themselves so that doesn't really count.
I will be spending my day like any other weekend/holiday - working out at the gym, honing my professional skills (My current job ends on 29th January, and I need to find a new job after that), and basically relaxing for the rest of the time with music and video games.
I know, this may appear kinda boring for people reading this, but to me Christmas is just like any other weekend or public holiday when I don't have to go to work.
