I was out this morning, but I'm home now. It's cooler outside than I thought it would be.
John 14 is lovely. I took Sunday school today, and one of the kids recited John 14 @Realness Powerful stuff.
I might treat myself to starbucks later this evening. I don't have anything else planned. Or if my sister agrees, I'll take the kids to the beach or to have a swim in the pool.
What about you? Anything else for the rest of the day?

Hi everyone.
Sorry I haven't replied in a few days! I've been away and very distracted! Now that I'm back on the forum, I feel so overwhelmed by all the posts that I can't reply to any!! I feel really bad because I would hate any of you to think that I don't care. I do care! My brain is just overloaded. 💜

Hi @heartathome ,
Great to hear from you! No worries about replying to every post. It's too difficult. You'll know what to pick out when you're ready.
How many nights did you end up staying? I'm thinking it went well.

Hi @tyme ,
Wow! A child reciting John 14 - they are not easy verses.
I'm not sure what I will do this afternoon. I think it's a stay inside day.
Not sure if you know but I'm on medication which really tires me out - it's now the challenge of my life - it is difficult to have the energy or be motivated to be proactive in how I use my days.
Your day sounds nice. Do you enjoy the church you attend? Teaching Sunday School is nice, isn't it. I hope you enjoy Starbucks or the beach or whatever you end up doing.
(I know you get a lot of notifications so no pressure on replying - only reply if you have time.)

When I was a kid, I used to learn chapters at a time. So I guess I pass it on to them. If kids can learn ridiculous songs and stuff that is available on youtube, surely they can memorise some of the Word of God!
I've been attended his church since I was a kid. I've just moved from the Sydney branch to the Melbourne branch and I've been working with the kids since I was 16. That's when I started taking Sunday school. We have a group of people who share it so I don't do it every week.
Yeah, I'll wait and see what I'm doing tonight. Who knows?
And as for the meds, I get it. I take one in the even and it totally conks me out. @Realness

@heartathome All good. We know you love and care a lot about us but are not always able to share that in real time, the same as all of us.🤗
(blue is clickable)
You are so right that Jesus' mission depended on Him hearing and obeying The Father, for only then could Jesus pass a perfect Spirit onto us as End Result. Which was His, and our Father in Spirit's REAL desire. To be able to give us fallen sinners a Holy Spirit again, so we can also have communion with The Father like Jesus did, and also enter The Kingdom Of God through Christ's righteousness letting go of our life in unrighteousness, and learning to love and be true to how God made us to be. Our life to live to the glory of God, the Loving Joy to be ourself true in Christ to see, as well as able and willing to love and care for the other, especially those who are hurting it.
i love all of you testifying the blessedness knowing Him, this has been such a comfort to me fighting to hold onto my good life (almost) each day again..🤗
To be part of the Great Throng is in itself AWESOMENESS come true in real life.
An oldie.

It was great @Realness Was well worth going! I was only there for 24 hours! My friend was only there for one night. He was very genuine and respectful! It took seven hours to get there and five and a half hours to get back. I don't know why there was such a big difference in the travel times.

@Realness The reason the Pentecostal/Evangelical churches don't display the Crucifixion is because we follow that Christ has risen and is no longer on the cross. I think that is the reason for other non Roman Catholic churches too but don't quote me on that!
I would say I like Good Friday per se, for me it is a day where I fast and pray. I was brought up not eating red meat on Good Friday and thought every Christian was the same but found out different lol!
I also make sure that I don't work Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day if I am doing shift work.
I think it is amazing that we all have different views on Christianity yet we all believe that Jesus is Our Saviour 💙💚💛💜❤️
