are you able to start with time out...allowing yourself some time away self-care?

you have been through so much physically and now the virus....

having time away is a very intelligent way of looking after you...

there are many followers on this thread and on others with whom you interact who love sharing their thoughts and prayers with you...

no need to make any decision today...tomorrow until you are feeling physically stronger...emotionally safer..

you are upheld in the thoughts of all who care so much about you and so many of whom you have given such wonderful support to as such traumatic periods in their lives...
