Hi @pjc1965 👋 and welcome to the forums.  

There might not have been much chat in the thread since last year.  We are all here for support and sometimes the issues take up so much attention or throw up new challenges, and sometimes people come and go a bit ….. 

How are you doing ?

Been out the past 3 days. Had a nap. Feel mentally ill. Yesterday a friend and I met up for lunch then got a bus

 Then coffee

 Then found a park and sat chatting for an hour. Came home and slept. Today out

 Lunch with another friend. To chemist. Then hardware store. Too much

Mentally ill. Read the paper. Slept. Now mentally ill. We have public holiday 22 September to mourn Queen

There's no chat anywhere. I don't understand how to negotiate chatting to people on. Or how to find people on to talk to.
