Yes I'm a bad person nobody needs me around.  I try to be nice but it always comes out bad.    I've suicidal today knowing I'll get in trouble for talking to people,  

I can't breath on here with that person around   I have panic attacks coming on here talking to people should a person feels this no should I no but it's happening   

I don't care if they don't like me  I'm not here to impress them  I'm sorry

Iv told my ex husband I'm not speaking to him for a month. He's in locked ward and constantly texting me. 

This is the first time iv put boundaries on him.

Oh no @tyme  I'm feeling around with @Glisten about a horse that she rides - even thou she's said he's a bit fat..

I wrote last night that I thought he loved me +  the horse but I'm dropping him before he can drop me 😁

My ex husband - 5*5 years ago when I left him I didn't want to stop caring for him because he's over ,50 and there was no help. But he's gotten involved with scammers who have made him more sick with his diagnosis, schizophrenia.

I just need a  break. My husband and I do so much for him.

I actually don't cook ! I do make......no I don't ☺️

But I did make a mean spaghetti.... Actually I don't know if you have children but I hadn't seen my beautiful oldest son for 5 years but flew over to see him. I had missed him so much but he lives in QLD. And for the first night's dinner he made me oh yes....spaghetti but he made up this amazingly yummy fresh herbal sauce on top of it. I wonder if he was making a point of my not so gourmet spaghetti..??...

Food pyramids are good. I had an operation beginning of last year - on public fat loss lost 35. 

It's weird, I didn't about largeness of me but I must admit I can move easier.... But I love veges not fruit. 

I haven't seen a psychiatrist for about a year. 

I see my Psychotherapist every week now that NDIS has taken over the bills. I see a fantastic carer 12 hours per week. 

To be bonest the Psychiatrists iv seen in the past and then going through my ex husband's hospitalizations and monthly visits my experience with Psychiatrists was at an all time low. 

I found them very judgemental and wrong wrong. I met possibly two within a 15 years span I thought were brilliant. It's great that you have a good one. My ex-husband has a great Psychiatrist until February them she's being moved on. 

How do you cope daily ?

I dislike it when people are bored, they assume you have time to pay attention to them.

Second day of New Year. This is the stray cat, that has taken up residence downstairs.

It had tried to escape its collar and the collar was stuck underneath its front leg and rubbed a few layers of skin off.

I’ve fed it and cleaned it’s wound.

It thanked me by taking shite in my bathroom.
