@Glisten yes i am finding it helpful. However it is up to the individual to apply the principles. That is important and the frustration of the time it takes. The impatience is the thing that gets me. Nice that you messaged. Do you have a similar problem?

Morning @Gibbs, he was a beautiful horse. Was an ex race horse and was destined to be destroyed after being injured but I took him in. He was just amazing and loved going for walks along the beach. I was crushed when I had to give him up but when we left the farm and then i had to leave the relationship I was in due to it being abusive and life threatening I couldn't afford to keep him. So I gave him to a lovely young girl that was taking care of him when I couldn't and she took him on adventures regularly so he was very much looked after and loved.

@Gibbs yes very much so. He really did save me when I was struggling so much. Animals are amazing like that. I raised lambs and calves that had been abandoned aswell.
