I used to get anxious before ANY weekend. It starts on Friday evening and keeps going until Monday.
For me, it was the lack of routine that I really struggled with, so I turned to unhelpful coping mechanisms as a way to manage - which often let to a hospitalisation...
So I hear you. The anxiety is REAL
