Awww @Marzey . Sorry to hear things are hard tonight.
I don't know much about teas at all. @creative_writer does though.

hey @Marzey sorry to hear things aren't going too well. i've been drinking peppermint tea recently and i'm not sure if its a placebo effect, but i do feel quite calm afterwards. i forgot the brand name, but i noticed that some brands like twinings have higher energy content so i try to find the one with the least energy content as they tend to have a better calming effect.
i've heard chamomile can be really calming too, but i haven't tried that one.

@PeppyPatti having a nap is better than stuffing yourself with chocolate because you are tired 😴
I use to do it all the time. My ex was exhausting.
Chocolate releases serotonin. That makes you feel happy apparently.

I've got a few different brands of Peppermint Tea here so I'll have a look and make her some. Fingers crossed. She's a wreck.
Thank you @rav3n

@rav3n Camomile tea 🫖 makes me nauseous :nauseated_face: Don’t know why.
I like eating mint.

@Glisten chamomile does that to me too. Not sure why as I don't find it too bad.
There's that "Sleepy Tea" made me gag. Works well on some.
If all else fails her GP prescribed her something for sleep so we might go with that if nothing else works.

I've had chamomile a lot in the past, but I don't know if it is soothing or what... I just have it when I feel like it. I don't actually feel much different after having tea.
I like T2 teas @Marzey . That's something I do know!

@tyme I've heard they're really good.
Currently having Peppermint tea and it's really nice. Seems to have settled her too.
Thanks everyone.
