I am going as well as can be expected I think

I have been trying to have some rest time, not 100% sure I've nailed that having done two volunteer shifts this week, one of which required me to get up at 5:15am! That was the day after my PET scan (takes 3 hrs, need to fast) to check on my cancer and rare immune thing, but such is life 😂

Got myself involved in a cancer volunteer thing and have two sport trainings this week. So perhaps have not nailed the rest as good as I could have 😂🤣

I'm doin okay! Had a slow morning so didn't get to the vacuuming like I wanted. Sucks when I don't have time to suck! 😝

Did gardening yesterday and went to the dump 

Today feeling very sore and aching after yesterday 

Husband had his flu injection today ,  the doctors were having a injection day which I had meet lots of local that I have not seen for ages which was nice 

The gardens are looking better until next time 😎

@tyme I'm stuck on public transport that is barely moving. Travelled over one hour either way for my psychiatrist appointment, and I could only get a fifteen minute slot for this week! But I find face to face so much better than video call. 

He was not impressed that my GP made a change to my meds. 

Still jumping the hoops that are my return to work requirements. 

I'm getting better, bit by bit, with good days and not so good days. 

Thankful for the company here.
