@Blackcloud it still gets me that I used to work in retail, I don't know how I did it 😂. I can't do public transport so I completely get you there. 

Hey if that's what you need to do so that she won't keep going on about it then that's ok. You can't force these things, if you aren't comfortable going then she really should respect that. 

Even professional support and therapy can only help so much i feel, but I'm hoping it can help you enough that you can at least do some sort of volunteering and feel as comfortable as you can be doing so.
