A family at church has a baby boy a week ago and I didn't hear about it because of the lack of consideration certain people in my church have for PTSD and neurodivergency that I ran away from church in tears.
The kids name is the same name of one of the children I lost.
So yes emotional wreck now

I can easily get reminded of my griefs by all sorts of associations, including names, plants, places… just anything that can bring them to mind… out of the blue
whether or not… and how I might be triggered varies and can be unpredictable
