@tyme I’m not fasting, we are exempted from fasting when on our period. I probably wouldn’t be well enough to fast if I wasn’t on my period. Migraines and the lightheadedness can get worse without regular meals and water. I am holding onto hope that one day things won’t be this way.

@tyme @Gremlin24 I’m numb to the flashbacks right now. I’m probably too exhausted to cope with the emotions. POTS and chronic pain have taken too much of a physical and emotional toil. I think I might grab a glass of water and eat a snack, maybe I’ll feel better afterwards

I've cleaned out the expired food from my tiny bar fridge and ditched the mouldy bananas, going to fill up one more paper bag with the little bits laying around but am ahead of schedule so deserve a coffee break I think
