I have no plans as usual, just sitting around thinking of what to do to keep my mind occupied. @rav3n

Enjoying sitting with you @Gremlin24
I remember for about a year the morning stuff you do would just do for the day.
I went to get my haircut. Lying in bed
now. I have a nice fringe.
Thinking about @Jynx @ - was it you who we were discussing all good all bad ? The high intellectual word I think is splitting right.

Thankyou @PeppyPatti . I think i overdid it this morning though but at least I got things done.
An haircut is always refreshing. I'm sitting on my bed about to do some colouring 😊.

Take it easy on yourself @avant-garde . Seizures are no fun at all, I can sympathise with you there.

Not sure @PeppyPatti but maybe? Yeah splitting is a term largely associated with BPD, it's the black & white thinking related to relationships - as in, 'oh I love this person so much', then the person does something that upsets the system, and it's suddenly 'they're the worst I can never talk to them again'. It's a way of keeping safe from abandonment.

@avant-garde oh hun, I totally get you. I live alone, and I have an extremely overactive shock response. Sometimes I end up passing out, and like those first few moments when you open your eyes and it's all spinny and wonky - it would be so nice if there was someone there to pick me back up and help me feel less shaken and fragile. Really rough to feel so vulnerable and just kinda have to deal. I am sending some virtual hugs, for whatever they're worth 🫂🫂

I've given up with the hospital ever understanding, they just tell me I'm faking it and wasting the ambulance time.
This one isn't so bad, no concussion systems, just normal post seizure emotions
