Yes, I believe it was a good plan. Actually, I was quite proud of myself. So I got it on Afterpay and argued a lot why I didn’t have much mule for food for a little while. 

The manipulation was good. He texted me that night ……..THEN when he had a coffee with us a week later, he invited us into his home and……it was the pride of place, underneath his keyboards………

I had tears in my eyes.

How old are your God Children ? Would you think of just sending them a card or is it too painful ? You need to care for yourself first.

I was very mindful that m son may have thrown it away or burnt it or whatever…….

for some reason it wouldn’t let me tag everyone else that I wanted to tag .. technical issues ._.

anyway, today is my birthday and it’s gonna be another boring chillax day lol

idk it feels kinda weird not being able to celebrate your own birthday just because you don’t have anyone you’re “close” to to celebrate with?? I don’t know

went out for a walk a bit and I was planning on staying outside for longer but since it got hot (the weather) I decided to actually stay in the mall and not be outside for long

i also wrote another journal entry this morning

I hate birthdays, I would say that's pretty common for people with mental health issues. Don't know what it is actually, it's not the "getting older" part, I'm OK with that. Probably more to do with the societal expectation that you should be doing something and the idea around forced socialisation/celebration.

One of my best birthdays was when I went hiking all by myself for a few hours. It's perfectly OK for you to spend YOUR birthday however YOU want.
