I have been shocked at how some of them have made huge mental leaps ,drawing false conclusions which was so obviously wrong they had to admit it.
just expect the worst and then be pleasantly surprised when it doesnt happen.
I eventually occurred to me that they and peers have mh issues as well .

That's just weird they would sit there that's creepy
I don't really know the mods ( some of them are ok).
This is a dumb question sorry but are the mods the night ones are they one person? They don't sound real sometimes
Anyway thanks for chatting I'm sure we will talk soon

Hi 👋🏼 @Sunnyside226. I’m Glisten. I don’t think we’ve met.
I’ve come a cropper a couple of times with posts.
It’s a real community here, the worst part is that you cannot read voice tone in a post.
Sometimes I have to re-read messages and posts, because my brain 🧠 will make it negative, when it is not.
I don’t take things personally, English might not be someone’s first language. A moderator thought my nickname for someone was a real name. I’ve clarified when using tv characters name and also when I’m talking about an animal, not a person.
@ENKELI referred to a business as Dodgy Bros and it got pulled 😆 I admire @ENKELI because she’ll seek clarification. Where I don’t.
It’s all about learning. Mods benefit from our questions and I makes Forumland a better place.

@PeppyPatti how’s your gallbladder? Stupid question. Honestly it’s time to drag a surgeon over there desk.
I had one of the best general surgeons in Western Australia. He educated me a lot about the effect of gallstones in a gallbladder.
27 days after my Hyperparathyroid adenoma removal, he had me in the theatre. Four days in hospital recovering because they have to drain the bile while the sutures close.
Squeaky wheel @PeppyPatti phone them every day.
Big HUGES

@Sunnyside226 I understand completely what you are saying. There was a former member on the forums who had the same experience as you, I never understood what they meant because my interactions had always been positive. Until Sane changed the format and other things on the forum.
I have an email from one of the peer guides stating that "Sane welcomes differing opinions" yet when that was challenged it was not true.
I love the people I regularly chat with, and even those who only pop in to say hi every now and then. Part of me want to give the finger and say sayonara but I know I would miss the genuine Sane friends.
For now I am still here, next month, who knows.
I hope you find what you need and that you find some kindness and care from the members who do want to hang out with you xo
