Libraries are amazing in the hot weather, you can't spend money and they need to keep the books cool to prevent deterioration. I play solitaire or bubble shooter when I have nothing to do on the computer. 

It's not so quiet during school holidays but they still have their spots if you need the quiet.

Thinking of you guys over there in the heat! Here in Melbourne we've only been getting a little taste of it, but this week has been pretty pleasant in the mid 20s. Even so my little brick unit I'm renting is so poorly insulated I need to consider turning on the (very old, very expensive) aircon every afternoon when the sun starts to feel like its roasting the place. 

@PeppyPatti towels are always such a good gift! I love receiving a good towel, especially beach towels as it's never something I'd think to buy for myself. Also love that little wooden Christmas tree!
