@Shaz51 thank you Shazzy my sister for your love. I am too exhausted to get into it but my husband is in his negative, angry mood and everything just falls on me to do. Organise the kids, the house etc. He told me to stop nagging him when I am just asking him for help. As Christmas gets closer he gets in these moods. We got the Christmas tree up today which the kids loved and got him to participate which at first he didn't want to do but then got into it which was good. I'm just emotionally exhausted. Also had EMDR session on Friday with my therapist around my husband's episode which caused me trauma. It stirred up a lot of loss, anger and grief on me.
So I guess I am also dealing with that. I spent 3 hours away from home today catching up with a friend which was so good for my soul. My husband took the kids bikeriding and the dog for a walk so I guess the "nagging" got him out of the house.
I'm tired of being the emotionally mature and responsible one. How are you dear sis? Hugs to you my lovely 🫂

Don’t Blane me when you can’t stop lol. Try places like that but YouTube is a great place . I started really small basically flat stuff the resin isn’t cheap so I made a lot of mistakes on the small stuff so it wasn’t to costly . I’ll try share pics of the first stuff I did . It’s really hard to replicate too but so much fun . I’ll see if there’s a way I can share YouTube or a video but there’s loads of it on YouTube it’s endless . But start small for sure

so glad you had spent 3 hours away from home today catching up with a friend, everyone needs a break regularly
also, glad that your partner took the kids bike riding and the dog for a walk, getting out is good even though they did not really want to do it but did it
Yes, sending you lots of understanding hugs as my hubby is the same with events and Christmas coming and I have to be the stable one that has everything under control and peaceful
I'm tired of being the emotionally mature and responsible one, tell me about it and hubby has adhd and ASD

So that others see your reply or know that it’s for them you need to tag them. To tag simply hit the @ symbol and start typing their name without a space. When their name comes up in the drop down box select it and it should come up in blue like this @boutthattime
