@tyme and @Shaz51 I am starting to get some memories back now. I absolutely hate ambulances and hospital so avoid that as much as possible. I was too scared to call psych triage in case they suggested it. I have 15-30 seizures a day and sometimes don’t remember them but not usually the whole day. I’m going to call my case manager tomorrow.

You're not alone @Calmerkoala . I developed a great fear of emergency services and would go into a panic each time I heard them or saw the flashing lights....
Therapy has helped me overcome this to some extent.. but it needs to be ongoing.
