Bit scary this year @Shaz51 Have never had to put it all together while being in such a fragile headspace. Christmas Day is always lovely though, a couple we hardly ever see always come round bringing delicious food, a tribe of little ones and guitars for a gentle sing along.

@Shaz51 Your hairdo has just reminded me that there are the pink wigs from last years pink themed Christmas, that's lucky since my hairdresser retired and the DIY colour I tried keeps going to comical places🫣😆 Taken to hacking my hair with the dressmaking scissors.

Hi @Shaz51 I hope you are okay.
My body does not like the hotter weather at all - & I'm working in the direct Sun, with no cover at all.
Pepper Puss is a terror, as per this time of year.
Last week with the warmer weather & daylight before 5.00am -
She howled at 3.00am several mornings in a row, then threw herself at my Bedroom door (trying to lock her out of Bedroom to get some sleep).
Bang, bang, bang....
All designed to force me to let Pepper Puss outside at 3.00am in the morning.
So after 3 or 4 nights of that (in a row), I was a sleep-deprived mess.
Asami Puss is better behaved than Pepper, Asami has a very Loud Meow...
Jelly Cat has decided to Hijack my Pillow & plonk herself right in the middle of my pillow (at night), so that there is nowhere for me to put my head down.
Obviously Jelly Cat thinks that I don't need a Pillow at all....
Otherwise, my Birds are good thanks.
I still have 14 very Happy Budgies out there in the small Aviary.
No baby birds for ages, so some baby birds would be really nice.
Adge

Was gonna go up to NSW to stay with fam, but plans changed. Mainly cos it's soooo expensive, and I wanna take one of my partners up to meet my fam, so we're gonna do that trip later, maybe around feb for my bday. So now I'm sussing out which of my chosen family down here have room for lil ol' Jynx at the xmas table!! If not, I have been invited to a Winter Solstice dinner on the 22nd at my other partner's house. So should be good!!

@PeppyPatti yes, same here, life is going very slowly.
I managed to throw out heaps of lipsticks which I thought was a good start. Now I have to stop the bipolar buying of more to replace them!

@Shaz51 you're like me. I just spoilt myself with a new set of foam rollers from K- mart two days ago. I feel like a pampered beauty queen walking around the house in them!
And the effect is so cool! Smaller waves in my hair than the two packs of four large Bobby- pinned rollers I bought weeks earlier. I've just been promoted to being my own hairdresser lol
The bipolar spending spree feels, I getcha sister!
@Jynx my relationship is just past the 11-month mark, so feels fragile and fresh. Not sure yet what Christmas will bring. My gut tells me he's gonna stick around by me; time will tell. He's a keeper, I just suggested couples counselling, but not sure if I jumped the gun on that one 😅 I literally just woke up after falling asleep before 9 and left him a voicemail saying that I had just woken up, was thinking of him, and wanted to hear his voice. Then turned off my do not disturb when I remembered it. All in his native language,(not English).
Just took my PRN to try to get back to sleep. Will play some sleep music now.
Good night, sweet dreams, SANE fam!
