I really do love to freestyle a recipe and have a relative, cos I got no free ands no husband, in a delicious flavor and know that the effort I put in to making a thing is how I speak my affection. (I’m a bit influenced about some stuff I heard again about live languages, does anyone believe that? No shame, I think it’s lovely if you do and if I could believe I’d feel better about myself) and care? To plan, spend my own money and see something I start to the end.

I’m old mean and ugly. I also have a personality disorder. I’m angry at popular culture that said there is a lid for every pot.

@Jynx , you made some very insightful comments about co-dependency/enmeshment. I agree that humans are wired as social beings, and I think it's good to look at it from the perspective of healthy or too-enmeshed relationships. For me, this is tied to people-pleasing and the difficulty of having my own opinions because I am too used to seeking out the opinions of others.
I love dancing, too! What kind of dancing do you do?
Hey darlin, been heckin busy but had this message open cos I knew I wanted to come back to it!
I can totally relate to the people-pleasing messing with my ability to form solid opinions! Too busy trying to make sure my 'ideology' matched the people I was trying to impress... which ironically was actually quite unimpressive in the end, because it meant I completely lacked conviction in my words and values!
I don't really have a particular kind of dancing I do because I am completely self-taught... as in, I just started flailing about and over the years it's sort of developed into its own style! I actually used to dislike dancing, I thought I was soooo bad at it! The key moment of change for me was when I stopped focusing on what my dancing looked like, and focused on how it felt! Game changer 😉
Yay for dancing!! And the music is a big part of it too hey, can't wiggle my booty if there's no beat! What kind of dancing do you do?

I do salsa and bachata these days. @Jynx @tyme My partner has started learning, so we go together to socials. It's been really good to share these moments together!
If you can, make some time and go, @tyme ! As you mentioned before, it can be so good for our mental health, to let ourselves be free of that judgemental voice inside our heads. A therapist told me that sometimes you need to start doing the activity, to feel the emotional reward of doing it and then to want to do it again. She was talking about my piano playing, but I think it applies to dancing as well!
