@outlander Taste.com is a great website for recipes. Don't have one for Carrot cake sorry. Great idea for a new thread.

My fave atm is yummy tarts like spinach and goats cheese or beetroot and goats cheese with walnuts ... but the goats cheese is v expensive. My least favourite would be lamb chops - hate them with a passion! @outlander

I have made carrot cake from scratch but the recipe is on a piece of paper at home...thats how old the recipe is! It turns out really nice. I'm not a huge fan of the cream cheese icing though...I like the cake just on its own

I love carrot cake, but have never made it from scratch though. I make a mean spinach and feta quiche though!
