Hi everyone
She felt the bsby. My daughter felt a little flutter yesterday. Oh I'm so excited for her. She wrote a beautiful post on Facebook today for Mother's Day. Saying how much she loves me and this time next yr she herself will be a mum. And that she hopes to be a great mum like me. I read it snd had a tear.
We are so close.

@Owlunar you changed your pic. I love it. Yes I'm a bit down I think because I'm not home with my kids. I am still so exhausted not sure if it's the meds. I just woke up from an hour sleep. My asthma is playing up. Change of air and temp up north isn't good.
But yes great news.
Oh my sister told my mum and she was surprisingly happy for my daughter. She didn't judge or say anything negative. My sister my surprised. I have a feeling that she will make contact. If she does she will need to hear me out first. Actually next week when I'm in hospital I will write s letter to her. I'm not letting her walk all over me agsin. I'm not running back to her. She needs to say sorry before we speak.
I'm protecting myself first. I have a feeling she wants to see new house snd will want to see the baby.

I'm not the best person to ask about what to do about your mother - but then - your mother and my mother are not the same person

A personal note without adjectives couldn't do any harm - as long as you don't expect too much from it - selling the house that was your mother's house with her things still in it - could go either way - but then - the new baby is a whole new subject and of course you would like to share this with your mother - I do understand

So - short, no adjectives - and don't hope for too much - you never know

The big day is this Thursday!!!!
Girl or boy - we will find out.
Oh no actually we won't. 😥
Cause I'm away and my daughter wants me to be home when the surprise me with a specific coloured cupcake.
And we don't arrive home from holidays until late Sunday night.
So ........ I guess we all have to wait.

My daughter had the ultrasound on Monday and the technician said that most definitely it is a girl.  She couldn't say 100% (don't think they can say that) but she kept saying that most definitely the baby is a little girl.

The heart beart was fast (which indicates a girl); the position was good, 10 little fingers and 10 little toes.

20 weeks now - so half way there.  We all have made bets now as to the size of the baby and the due date and the name of the baby.

This little baby is keeping me living .....
