it's freezing here, brrr!
I've got a challenging appointment today where I need to perform well. Had a strong espresso & still feeling sleepy so having a sugar hit now to get my brain firing!

Yup. I respect your choice @MDT. For what it's worth, I think you dealt with it maturely & with emotional intelligence, the way my old therpaist taught me to do it. Well done.
It's a bit quiet with old @TAB at work isn't it? But I wish him well, kinda wish I was at work too.
My casserole is smelling good. Are you cooking tonight yourself? How's the family going? I couldn't deal with my mum last nite - couldn't be there to support her as I had to concentrate on myself & my needs as I was preparing for a job interview. She seems to have accepted it well.

Hi @MDT We do want you here.
Certainly I do.
I've felt that way many times too.
It seems so hard to have clear text communication, with no vocals & no body language (to make things clearer).

Another vote for @MDT - I want you here too!
Comments on the other thread didn't make sense to me and just seemed to come out of nowhere.
Agree with @BryanaCamp that you handled it well.
For what it's worth, I think you have a lot of emotional intelligence and depth.
