I went to Sydney last year to watch Liverpool play @soul I was so exhausted once I got there that I couldn't keep my eyes open after the first half - but it was worth it to be amongst the supporters singing the song ....and I got to see Stevie Gerrard play

Hey @MiaK I liked to play an attacking midfield role, preferrably on the left. How about you? Do you have a favourite player(s)? No one has yet mentioned Messi v Ronaldo! I'm for Messi. I like Gareth Bale, and possibly my favourite player was Glenn Hoddle, though you sound too young to remember him. He did some dumb things in his days as a manager, but gifted player. I also liked Zico, Socrates, Zidane, and really NOT Maradonna! I was very happy to see the slippery fish back at Brisbane, but the club suffers from such bad management it's a wonder it's still afloat. I could talk football for ever but should really be in bed

Yes - it was a complete let down for me - glad you enjoyed it though 
Sad @Zoe7 ? - far from it Manchester United have bowed out of the Champions League though.
