i love giving horses a second chance at life- or at a better life too @Queenie and most of the time the ones thats are free or cheap turn out to be the best ones as well.
ive broken down quite a few times with my horses and they dont seem to mind at all. one of the good thigns about them.

@Queenie i do have natural horseman ship training as well.
i jsut see how the horse responds or which one they seem to respond to better- if that makes sense. my traingin method is pretty much an allrounder and jsut use whatever works for each horse.

@outlander Parelli can be really good but I once met someone who took it too far. They trained their horse to sit on a bucket for a party trick.

Im better at working out the more English style training methods but i tske things very gently and slowly. But still being firm and getting my requests across
