the time has come
to awaken, the memories
of my mistakes, and the path i have taken
i have come far but still much to do
before i can sense myself as true
so many thoughts to be broken
so many needs to be spoken
if only it was so easy to be free
no longer trapped by the horrors that haunt me
a beacon of light a sense of direction
a path so difficult, it requires patience and attention
but the hope is their, and the reason
something to aim for, something pure
i will always hope for forgivness
i will always hope for the chances
i will always hope for happiness
i will always hope for no more sadness
i will always hope for the better
i wll always hope for hope itself
Thank you
