Glad to hear from @Bill16 ... my day so far is very relaxed.
Its a big cooking day and I finally have so little else to do .. that I can really enjoy it.
This morning was preparing a leg of lamb for the slow cooker and then I start doing my fabulous amazing decadent berry trifle ... yum
... almost got all the ingrdients .. but down to shops to get range of fresh berries soon.
