Today I'm grateful for strawberries. It's the beginning of spring and strawberries are available now.
As a matter of fact I'm baking a cake, which I'm going to share around in the Friday Feast
@Bill16 - can I help you out with anything on the Forums?

I'm loving the fact that the weather is starting to warm up again - will be glad when winter is over. I also got to enjoy some cuddles from my niece and nephew (twins - 6 months old) this afternoon. Their hugs are magical and their laughter is contagious.

I missed yesterday because I had a picture I wanted to post and couldn't get it to work... But my non image based gratitude for yesterday is for hydration. No really. Access to clean drinking water is awesome. I have a wonderful ceramic water filter that makes the most delicious water, takes all the funny smells and tastes out. I had a nap yesterday all bundled up with the heater on and between that and lugging things about in the yard I got quite dehydrated. I found that the wind had snapped of a bunch of my Daffodils and they were all soft and limp, so I brought them inside and put them in water and within a couple of hours the blooms were firm and perky again. I applied the same principal to myself and drank a lot of water. Much better.

Today i am grateful for the fact that i can afford to go out and buy a coffee. There is something so lovely and peaceful about sitting in a coffee shop by yourself with a hot coffee just looking at the world... 🙂

I went to a mendala drawing workshop today, only went for an hour, but was a nice distraction while the kids were away from me.
