Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @Silenus

Thanks for sharing your story with us - I am sure a lot of people write their stories and I never get around to reading them - but yours is right between my eyes - so to speak - and I do understand - though I can never know how hard it has been for you

The analogy you have here of Putting Humpty Dumpty together again rings true - from my understanding the original Humpty Dumpty was King Charles 1st of England and inherited a fractured and rebellious UK - determined to destroy itself - and the people commited regicide - A terrible crime - they killed the king - Charles was a small man with a kingdom too large for itself - and of course  "All the kings horse's and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty together again"

It seems a long time since 2011 - a year of change for me too - 6 years - man - a long time to fight an inner war -

Thanks again for sharing Silenus - thinking of you

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

When do the faint hearted realise. It is the world that has done it too them? A glimmer of light that shines through a window. Will never remain the same forever. Nor will a feeling that goes through the heart. Just beware about where it starts.

Nice people are nice when they want to be. Just as im sure as a quiet man. Knows more then he wants too say. So be reassured that the lamp next too the bed. May never always shine at the flick of a switch. And be careful which dark clouds you choose to enter into battle with. For they know no mercy.

A street may of had many people walk along its path. But only one may know what truly lies behind the window that your eyes look out of after a battle with the infamous dark clouds. So now know this as you think. Is it fair to say that every rainbow. Has no end or beginning. Just admirers who know wishful thinking. And see only what lies beyond their window of dreaming and far fetched seething?

Shes smiles on the outside
But everything is fine  right?
But everyday is a fight
Look closely  you might just see
Who i really am inside  me
I leak a tear from my eye
But all i want is to lay down and fly high
