Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

@bipolarbunny ,

Your poem is one of the most beautiful things that I have read in a while. You describe so well the tumult of emotions and the despair . I am so glad for you that you have got a Jeff in your head. Hugs xox

@bipolarbunny
I totally love this poem โ€˜The Jeff in My Headโ€™. It brings me back to my uni days where I had the uni counsellor named Colin who was always there for me, no matter what. He even came to my graduation which was really special. Maybe I should do some writing about him since youโ€™ve inspired me by this poem!

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts and words about this special person of yours!

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @bipolarbunny another outstanding poem. I love how it's about such difficult experiences and yet is also funny the way every line ends with 'the Jeff in my head'. Ingenious. Smiley Happy
