Re: We've got your back

Yep stuff rusted this way and that…. Leads to a lot of irony….

@Dimity

good to hear from you

just had tuna salad

Homemade pizzas last night with son and his friend

losing judgment re

who is trustworthy

under too much pressure

oh that might mean my iron bits get even harder…but there is a problem with being brittle… metaphorically and in metallurgy

that what I mean by spilling my beans

just have to hope the right people catch the right broad bean… or chick pea..

Re: We've got your back

Laughed out loud at the irony @Appleblossom ... does that make you a pundit

Re metallurgy the right amount of heat can temper us and relieve built-in stress... less brittle and more flexible... gotta hope

Re: We've got your back

hope is spread as thin as tinfoil….

@Dimity

thanks for getting it

and caring

Re: We've got your back

Hello @Appleblossom @Patchworks @Emelia8 @tyme @Shaz51 I hope you're going well. I've had other health issues but today embarked on a  new set of exercises. It's been a while since I tried. My posture is worse - it hurts when I straighten - but the osteopath says that's due to the central spinal stenosis. I have a weak core exacerbated by other problems that are limiting me. I'll persevere  for now.

Re: We've got your back

Good luck @Dimity 🍀

I know it's really hard.

Re: We've got your back

Go easy at first @Dimity and then build the exercise up xxx

Hello @Emelia8 , how are you and little Hannah going 😊

Hello 😊 @Appleblossom , @Patchworks , @tyme

Re: We've got your back

hey @Dimity

Hope some of those exercises helped. Exercises have been my life line really for nearly 40 years… essential to keep me going and better than pain meds. Still at it. Started a new set and feeling better for them. Always something to learn.

@Shaz51 @Emelia8 @Patchworks @tyme

Re: We've got your back

I gave up but just restarted the new back exercises @Appleblossom. Competing issues (back and pelvic floor) created a vicious circle. With surgery imminent I have to get fit but am limited in what I can do.

It's great your exercises are so effective. I'll try to persevere.

Onwards and upwards.

Re: We've got your back

Hi @Appleblossom @Dimity

I have restarted doing stretches and walking after stopping for a while. My sciatica returned so it's easing again recently.

All the best for your surgery Dimity 🙏

Re: We've got your back

Hi @Patchworks sorry to hear your sciatica has been troublesome. It's good you're moving more - did your sciatica improve before or after you started doing more?
