I had a bit of a rest today, just incidental walking but conscious of the endorphins being activated and the value in it.

Just got back from my daily walk. It was a short one today but I was still huffing and puffing from walking up the hill that I live on. That’s the problem with walking, I always end by walking up my hill. Listened to music on the way. I can’t say I love walking yet but I am beginning to get used to doing it every day.
